Thank you for wanting a commission! Here I (A0IISA) will describe what you need to follow and what you need to understand to use my services. If you (the client) haven't read the basic rules yet, please check them out where you came from to familiarize yourself with them before coming back here to order.Payment & Refund Policy• All payments are preferably made through Streamlabs, alternatively PayPal.• Cancellation of the commission and refund of money can only be done if the client has paid before being shown and/or has approved the final early sketch of his/her commission.• Once payment has been made and the thumbnail sketch of the commission has been approved by the client, refunds cannot be made, nor can they be made once the commission has been completed.Privacy Policy• A0IISA values the client's privacy and has a duty to protect it. A0IISA won't keep the client's details, such as real name or home address, after they are done with the client's order or sell his/her information to advertisers and 3rd parties alike.• The client is also responsible to protect his/her privacy and A0IISA won't take any responsibility for his/her own actions.Age Restrictions• The client must be at least 18 years old to order Not Safe For Work (NSFW) or any material that can be considered adult material that isn't approbative to underaged.• The same applies to the person to whom the image may be given, he/she must also be at least 18 years old.• If A0IISA finds that any of the above restrictions are broken, A0IISA takes the right and legal responsibility to cancel any orders on the spot, and may provide refunds if work isn't finished, and the client may be temporarily or permanently blacklisted depending on the severity of the violation.Content Restrictions• It is imperative that all content is within A0IISA's willing list.• Should the client attempt to request content that A0IISA is not willing to draw, A0IISA reserves the right to refuse for any reason.• Should the client attempt to mislead or conceal details that fall within the aforementioned 'won't do' list, they will be permanently blacklisted, and may not be eligible for a refund.Copyright• A0IISA holds to copyright of the picture, unless A0IISA signs over copyright to client or sign a 'work for hire' agreement. A0IISA won't restrict from sharing the work as long as picture is not shared as sharer's own work or don't leave credits to A0IISA or sold without artist's agreement or knowledge beforehand.• All copyrights for the characters belong to their respective creators and owners, including those owned by the client. Characters that are 'Open Source' or 'Public Domain' are not copyrighted, unless they have been trademarked.Client Responsibilities• The client is solely responsible to provide all useful information and references, to make payment, to protect his/her own privacy and to understand and accept the commission rules and terms of service.

• Could you personally send me a private message when you open up?
No, if I did, I'd have to send private messages to EVERYONE individually. I will announce when I open up on my gallery pages and social media.• Where do I find list of what you are willing to do?
You can find link to the list here. If there's something you are after or you are uncertain of something, go ahead and ask me.• Am I allowed to use images generated with artificial intelligence/machine learning as a reference?
--- Yes, if it shows certain details of what you want from your commission (costume, pose, size, etc.) then you don't have to worry.
--- However, I would strongly advise against using images of characters from an established IP. While they may offer alternative interpretations of certain details, the generated images tend not to capture the characters' details accurately. For the best results, include and prioritize official material as references, such as production material, screenshots and official sheets, for the best results.
--- For using character (you) generated with an AI, yea, that's fine too, I'll also take a right to give some human touches to details if she/he doesn't have already before.

• No raffles, all commissions will be chosen and the work order will be based on entry time. You can enter a new idea or use one that was sent for weekend stream events.• There is will be 10 slots, 1 commission per person available. People in the cooldown list will be able to commission here.• Private commissions are possible, but not possible for fanarts, but they can be anonymous.• Be sure to check the list of what I'm willing, probably willing and not willing to draw before making decisions, if something is unclear go ahead and ask me.• All payments via Streamlabs only.

• Full Colors 25.0€• 4 Characters MAX. Each additional is 5.0€, but two extras with both least less than half visible will be priced as one.
• Large/heavily detailed prop adds 3.0€.
• Limited detail background = 5.0€• Using any of my characters gets 15% discount to final price.
• REMAKING Sketch are 25% OFF from normal price, must be at least 1 year old and not remade within a last year too.• Any major fixes/changes done after finished will be 5€.
